Description:
Vinyasa means “to move with intention” and is a type of yoga that flows from one pose to another in a smooth transition paired with breath. This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in developing more awareness of breath and movement as we increase flexibility, strength, and mobility in a slower, gentle paced flow. This class is perfect for any level of yoga practice with pose modifications offered as needed.
