This course is a balance of strength training using light hand weights and body weight resistance and a slow Vinyasa flow. Classes are set to energizing music and are designed to help tone and sculpt your entire body. You leave feeling stronger and more relaxed! ALL fitness levels are welcome in this class, modifications offered.
