Gentle Morning Yoga (Session 2)

Description:
This gentle movement and stretch class aims to create freedom and balance in our bodies, encouraging functional movements with accessible poses. Minimal floor to standing poses. By building mindful movement awareness, we strengthen mind/body connection and re-educate our muscles to relax, hence gaining freedom. Great midweek class. All are welcome that can be in the floor and get up. All you need is comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.
