Chair Yoga
This class uses modifications for those less flexible to derive the benefits of Yoga practice while seated and standing. This class will move your whole body through a complete series of movements designed to increase your flexibility, balance, strength, and range of motion. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. All you need is some comfy clothes and a water bottle.
